The Pasig City Government invites every one to experience the Bike Day, Health Day, Carless Day. This commences on the 3rd of June 2012 and every Sunday thereafter at F. Ortigas Jr. Road, Ortigas Center, Brgy. San Antonio, Pasig City at 6:00 am.

Bike. Run. Skate. Walk. Exercise. Eat. Recycle.
Bonding time with family, friends and the community.

Full electric cars or hybrids aren't new; however, other than Toyota's Prius, none has been commercially successful. This means there are few of these earth-friendly cars on the road. There are many reasons why, but foremost is the affordability of such vehicles. A Filipino engineer, Engr. Gerry Caroro, and his company, G-Car Motors, are aiming to bring electric cars within most everyone's reach.

Bike This Way to the Greening of Manila


"Walk this way", he says, and we follow him.  Carlos Celdran leads the way to learning about the Intramuros, about Manila, and about the Filipino. He walks tourists through roads and alleys; through  history, culture, architecture, and everything worth knowing and loving about his home, our home. This Sunday he leads us through, once more, to something really good. Good for us, and good for our environment. "Bike this way", he says, and we should follow him.
