Tips. Tips. Tips.
"I need tips on how to do this "green living" thing." Many are they who want to go beyond curious and conscious. We, in our family, have been on a learning journey for months; but can't say we know it all or have done it all that we know are good and green. We've got a pile of magazines and books to teach us; but we'd be happy if there's a demo or workshop version of those. We are, thus, mighty pleased to know that Jhoey Hernandez of Pinoy Organics and Feed 5000 are organizing an event to help out address our more hands-on learning needs.
Try. Try. Try.
So what have they prepared for us?
First, the event is dubbed as the MARKET-TO-PLATE TOUR. It will be on May 22, 2010 (Saturday) from 8am to 2pm. Here's the complete schedule:

10:00 – 1:00 “Cooking with Herbs”, a cooking demo cum lunch by Chef Len of Feed 5000

The cooking demo and gardening workshop will be held at Feed 5000 Studio, 186 Luzon Drive, Ayala Alabang Village. The fee is P 1,000/person only (inclusive of all materials and light lunch).

Oops! There's another event I promised to help promote: the 3rd staging of the GREEN MARKET at Solenad, Nuvali will be on May 15 and 16. Chef Sau del Rosario will again be teaching us how to cook the "sustainable way"; and Herbana Farms will have for us available their organic culinary and medicinal produce.
