One of Philippine's best vegetarian restaurant, as adjudged by the PeTA, Prana at the Mandala Spa Boracay, just had to be visited. 3 hours before leaving Boracay, I and my wife decided to have an early lunch, and have a peek of what Mandala has to offer. Maybe, we'll take the more relaxed and quiet Boracay vacation next year, and this could be the place to have it.

crunch on top, melty-gooey goodness underneath
This last stop at the Mandala Spa's Prana restaurant is one of the highlights of our most recent trip to Boracay. I am happy we decided to go even at the last hours. There's another experience great to reminisce and great looking forward to doing again.
Certain things, I will not tire of doing: like sitting down the soft, damp, sand, listening to the undulations of the crystal clear waters, moving to and fro, and gazing towards the horizon, watching the sunset and the silhouettes on multi-colored backgounds.
